Hello, I have to write an essay about a belief. I have too many papers to write and don't have much time. Please see the topic I have chosen below. Also attached is a sample paper.
Essay Topic: I believe people should not give up they dream
write your own statement of personal belief. This piece requires such intimacy that you are the only one who can compose it. To guide you through the process, please consult these suggestions:
Tell a story about you: Be specific. Take your belief out of the ether and ground it in the events of your life. Consider moments when belief was formed or tested or changed. Think of your own experience, work, and family, and tell of the things you know that no one else does. Your story need not be heart-warming or gut-wrenching?it can even be funny?but it should be real. Make sure your story ties to the essence of your daily life philosophy and the shaping of your beliefs.
Be brief: Your piece should be between 500 and 600 words. That?s about three minutes when read aloud at your natural pace.
Name your belief: If you can?t name it in a sentence or two, your essay might not be about belief. Also, rather than writing a list, consider focusing on one core belief, because three minutes is a very short time.
Be positive: Please avoid preaching or editorializing. Say what you do believe, not what you don?t believe. Avoid speaking in the editorial ?we.? Make your essay about you; speak in the first person.
Be personal: Write in words and phrases that are comfortable for you to speak. We recommend you read your essay aloud to yourself several times, and each time edit it and simplify it until you find the words, tone, and story that truly echo your belief and the way you speak.
For this project, we are also guided by the original This I Believe series and the producers? invitation to those who wrote essays in the 1950s. Their advice holds up well and we are abiding by it. Please consider it carefully in writing your piece.
In class presentations
Prior to writing your piece, please prepare an outline of your idea to the class. You may utilize PowerPoint or Prezi to present your ideas. What are you thinking of writing about? Why? How will you approach your idea? This will be a brainstorming of your idea. The class may then ask you specific questions.
Please pay attention to the information above, also I need a copy of the outline, The essay should not be taking from any online websites, there is no citation required and the whole essay should be 4 pages long.

This I Believe: The Good Morning Philosophy
Personally, I am not a morning person. As a father of two young girls and a mid-
level office manager that is accountable for the health, whereabouts, quality of decisionmaking endeavors, and ultimately the success of others, sleep is not a luxury I have enjoyed
since early 2012. Therefore, my ability to exude uncompromised enthusiasm and to
encourage others to do the same after sleep periods not exceeding three hours is
fundamentally limited. However, I absolutely and perhaps unapologetically believe in the
Good Morning philosophy. The Good Morning philosophy is a commitment I have made and
a lifestyle I embrace which is predicated upon the three core concepts of selflessness,
approachability, and authenticity. The philosophy is a simple yet effective means for
leaders to develop a positive atmosphere in any workplace and when executed properly,
can change the world.
The commitment. As the name implies, the Good Morning philosophy begins with a
commitment I have made to literally say the words ?good morning? each and every day to
every person in the office that is on my team. I believe in the power of this activity and this

statement as this simple gesture is in fact so much more. At its essence, it speaks to a
deeper commitment to the value of those around you and to the importance of selflessness,
approachability, and authenticity of character ? the result of this commitment.
Selflessness. By saying ?good morning,? I open the door to a conversation with
coworkers. In doing so, I communicate that their lives and well-being are as deserving of

my time and attention as my meeting in a few hours with a profitable client. I selflessly
provide my time as an avenue for their grievances, humorous anecdotes, or career
guidance-related discussion items. My interest in their weekend, family, kitchen renovation
project, or recent resume submission displays a genuine and active interest in their lives
and affords me the opportunity to cultivate deeper relationships over time. Moreover, it
serves as an example for others to emulate.
Approachability. I approach each team member every day and therefore erode the
notion that managers in the workplace may not be spoken to without first arranging a
formal meeting. My words to others extend the invitation that I am available for a
meaningful conversation before our respective work schedules dictate our actions for the
following three to four hours and therefore, demonstrate the value of approachability
within and among the team ? further fostering a team concept of openness.
Authenticity. As a leader in the workplace regardless of title or position,
authenticity of character is the result of selflessness, approachability, and a genuine interest
in the well-being of others. It is the outcome of recognizing the value of those around you
and sharing a portion of one?s life and experiences.
I believe in the Good Morning philosophy as it provides an effective avenue for
individuals to positively influence the atmosphere within their respective workplaces. The
concepts of selflessness, approachability, and authenticity not only yield positive results
within the workplace but are applicable across a variety of team environments, cultures,
