Using your chosen company and product, write a minimum six page analysis of how your product compares to its internal competitors. Include a SWOT analysis of your product as it compares to at least three internal competitors, and provide a strategy map similar to Figure 6.6 in your textbook. Make sure you include the four elements from the balanced scorecard (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal perspective, and learning and growth perspective) in your strategy map. Each part of this assignment should be submitted in one document.,
